How we helped an automotive repair business

The call came just before Thanksgiving. This is the automotive repair business and they just upgraded all of the diagnostic tools in their shop. This means they can work on almost all vehicles, diagnose your issue and provide a solution and repair based on testing, facts and evidence.


Today, the call was much different. Today, the call was one I have heard from many business owners... It is not working and we are down. I happened to have just ended my work week and now I received this call. Fortunately, It was after 5pm and nothing else was scheduled... Including my weekend.


Upon arrival, I discovered a room full of customers and a server with a black screen. This server contained all of the business financials, customer orders, repair statements, legal releases, banking, etc.



Don't be left in the cold

Fortunately, we were able to put together a strategy. I was able to get their server back up and running. After everyone left, we had "the talk". This talk was about solutions, systems, protection and more. After several months of helpful changes and process adjustments, I am happy to report, they have been up and running without issue for several months.
